Eastbay, Inc. duplicated my order of basketball shoes, by sending me numerous, conflicting emails, regarding backorder status & ship dates.

Every order is a "backorder" issue with Eastbay. As usual, I have to reorder. I did and they shippe two pairs the same day. Immediately, I called and was told how to return one pair, for "immediate" credit to by debit card, her name was Jan.

However, when asked to call back the next business day, I got another lady telling me that the credit will be issued when the product is received. I tracked delivery to 9/2/09, yet my account shows no credit on 9/5/09.

At which time, the second Customber Service Rep, Crystal, tells me it will take up to 3 weeks to credit my account! I'm unemployed, yet they can hold my money and I can't pay all my bills. I don't collect unemployment!
