Eastbay - Terrible customer service

Online order apparently didn’t go through because I never got an email. Tried calling several
Times and was on hold 30+ min and finally hung up.
Tried emailing 3 times with no reply. Finally called my bank to be sure I wasn’t charged then placed my order elsewhere.
Awful and I will never order from here again. Beware!

Did they ever charge you? Currently going through the same thing, I called my bank to block the charge but I'm afraid they'll charge a different amount to go through.
I get a busy tone every time I call the company, and the live chat doesn't work. If only I had read reviews before I placed the order!
